What’s heavily implied by Cosmo’s existence is that if she were in her full devil form, she could handle the weight of the universe’s knowledge without being affected by her own abilities. If we ever got to witness that devil outside the limitations of a fiend, it would likely rank among the top one or two strongest devils in Chainsaw Man.

For instance, if you’re separated from the Ghost Devil by a wall, it can still find you if you’re afraid. But if you’re fearless, it won’t detect you. Nonetheless, its strengths against most humans and many devils make it a formidable presence in the Chainsaw Man universe.

A group of devil hunters also made a unique contract with the Hell Devil. They agreed that if they gave up their lives, their souls would merge into the Hell Devil, and it would fight on their behalf. However, despite the Hell Devil’s ability to send people to hell, it still had a brief encounter with the Chainsaw Devil, who sliced it into pieces in just two panels.
