Short answer: buy the OnePlus Buds 4 (₹6,499) if you want one easy mid-range pair, the Sony WF-1000XM6 (₹26,989) for the best ANC, the Moto Buds 2 (₹2,499) if you want the best value, and the Apple AirPods Pro 3 (₹22,990) if you own an iPhone.
Geekman has covered consumer tech for over 10 years, and this ranking is built the way our buying guides always are: research first, then a hard look at the numbers. For every model we compared listed specs, ANC, codecs, mics, battery, price, warranty and service reach, and checked live prices on Amazon and Flipkart.
A note on how this list is arranged. It runs from the mid-range to premium and then to budget, and every section has its own ranking. A pair at ₹2,499 and a pair at ₹29,990 do not compete, so I ranked them against others in the same price band. Prices were seen on 24 October 2026.

✓ Music lovers who care about sound first
✓ Android phones with LDAC or Snapdragon Sound
✓ Buyers who want a long warranty
Not ideal for
– Anyone who needs the strongest ANC
– People with small ears who want a very light fit
– Buyers who want a sure Amazon or Flipkart stock
Verdict: The best sounding pair in this list under ₹10,000, which is why it leads the mid-range. ANC is the weak spot and stock is patchy, so it only wins if sound matters most.

What we like
+ The best sound under ₹10,000
+ aptX Lossless, aptX Adaptive and LDAC together

What we don’t like
– ANC is behind the 55dB sets
– Average comfort and no IP rating on the case
– Out of stock on Amazon.in on 24 October 2026
Full review
The Air Pro 4+ is EarFun’s upgraded flagship. It pairs a 10mm dynamic driver with a FeatherBA balanced armature, supports aptX Lossless, aptX Adaptive, LDAC, SBC and LC3 on Bluetooth 6.0, and has six mics with ENC 3.0. The case supports wireless charging. On 24 October 2026 every Amazon.in listing I found was out of stock with no live price. My review paid about ₹8,000 in August, and shops have shown it from about ₹6,700. I scored it 8.3 out of 10 in my full EarFun Air Pro 4+ review.
Sound. This is where it beats the rest. The dual driver setup gives clean mids and vocals, bass with depth that does not turn muddy, and detailed treble. In my review it was the best sounding pair under ₹10,000. aptX Lossless needs a phone with Snapdragon Sound, and LDAC works on most Android phones.
Noise cancellation. EarFun claims 50dB adaptive hybrid ANC. In my testing it cut roughly 70% of engine drone and fan hum. It trails the OnePlus Buds 4 and the other 55dB sets here, and it does little against sudden sharp sounds.
Calls. Six mics with ENC 3.0 sound clear indoors. Outdoors, some wind and traffic noise leaks through.
Battery. EarFun claims up to 12 hours with ANC off and 8 hours with ANC on, and 54 hours with the case. In my test I got about 6.5 hours from the buds with aptX Lossless, ANC off and 60% volume, and about 42 to 45 hours in total with the case.
Warranty and stock. The warranty is 18 months, and it becomes 24 months when you register the unit. Amazon.in listings were out of stock on 24 October 2026. Avoid grey market resellers that charge ₹9,000 to ₹11,000 for the same pair.
EarFun Air Pro 4+ vs the competition. It sounds better than the OnePlus Buds 4 and has more codecs, but the OnePlus has stronger ANC, and the OnePlus is easy to buy.

✓ Buyers who want an easy, in-stock pair
✓ OnePlus phone owners
Not ideal for
– Anyone who wants a neutral tuning without EQ
– People who want aptX Lossless or LDAC

Verdict: The easiest mid-range pair to recommend. It has the best ANC at this price and it is always in stock, but the default tuning is bass heavy and it costs more than at launch.

The OnePlus Buds 4 has dual drivers with dual DACs, up to 55dB adaptive ANC and LHDC 5.0, SBC and AAC. It was launched at about ₹5,999, and Amazon sells it for ₹6,499 on 24 October 2026. I reviewed it in my OnePlus Buds 4 review and called it a Geekman’s Choice.
Noise cancellation. In my review, the ANC was the best I had seen at this price. It responds a little slower than the premium sets, and it works best on engine hum, fans and traffic.
Sound. The tuning is bass forward by default. If you want a neutral sound, use the EQ. The dual driver setup gives good detail for the money.
Calls. The voice was clear indoors and decent outdoors in my testing, with some wind and background noise getting through.
Battery. OnePlus claims about 11 hours on the buds with ANC off and about 6 hours with ANC on, and up to 45 hours (37 with ANC) with the case. In my test I got about 5 to 6 hours per charge with Hi-Res audio on.
Build and warranty. The buds are IP55 and light, but the case has no protection rating. Some settings such as Hi-Res and 360 Audio reset when the buds reconnect. The listing does not state the warranty, so confirm it on the box.
OnePlus Buds 4 vs the competition. It has stronger ANC than the EarFun Air Pro 4+ and is easier to buy, but it sounds less refined and supports fewer codecs.

The WF-1000XM6 is Sony’s top earbud. It uses the QN3e processor, which Sony says gives up to 25% better noise cancellation than the WF-1000XM5, with eight mics and a bone conduction sensor for calls. India launch price was ₹29,990. On 24 October 2026 Amazon sells it for ₹26,989 and Flipkart for ₹26,990. I have not reviewed it yet, so this entry is based on its specs and published expert reviews.
Noise cancellation. Reviewers rate the adaptive ANC as the best here, especially on low rumble from planes, buses and trains. It does not give total silence, and voices and sudden sounds can still come through.
Sound. The sound is detailed and natural, with good vocal clarity. LDAC works on Android, and iPhones fall back to AAC. In a head to head with the Sennheiser Momentum True Wireless 5, What Hi-Fi preferred the Sony for sound.
Calls. The bone conduction sensor and beamforming mics keep the voice clear. The same comparison gave Sony the edge for calls.
Battery. Sony rates up to 8 hours with ANC on and up to 12 hours with ANC off, and about 24 hours with the case. That is good, not class leading.
Warranty and service. It is sold by Sony Center, Amazon and Flipkart. The listings do not state the warranty term, so confirm it on the box and keep the invoice.
Sony WF-1000XM6 vs the competition. It has stronger ANC and better calls than the Sennheiser Momentum True Wireless 5, and it costs ₹3,000 less. The Galaxy Buds4 Pro costs about ₹9,600 less but works best with Samsung phones.

The Galaxy Buds4 Pro launched in India at ₹22,999, and Amazon sells the black pair for ₹17,399 on 24 October 2026. It has an 11mm woofer with a 5.5mm planar tweeter, adaptive ANC, a six mic array with bone conduction sensors and an IP57 rating. I have not reviewed it yet, so this entry is based on its specs and published expert reviews.
Noise cancellation. Reviewers say low frequency noise such as metro rumble and engine hum is cancelled well. The ANC is weaker between about 500Hz and 1.1kHz, so sharp mid range sounds still come through.
Sound. The dual driver setup gives textured bass. Highs roll off slightly. There is a 9 band EQ. SSC UHQ (24 bit, 96kHz) works only with compatible Samsung phones, and LDAC is not listed.
Calls. Six mics, bone conduction sensors and neural network noise reduction handle calls well.
Battery. Samsung claims about 6 hours with ANC on and about 26 hours in total with the case.
iPhone and other phones. On an iPhone it works as a basic Bluetooth pair. You lose the app, advanced ANC controls, SSC UHQ, 360 Audio and Auto Switch.
Samsung Galaxy Buds4 Pro vs the competition. It costs about ₹9,600 less than the Sony WF-1000XM6 and is lighter, but the Sony has stronger ANC and works the same on any phone.

The AirPods Pro 3 launched in India at ₹25,900. Flipkart sells them for ₹22,990 on 24 October 2026. I could not find a genuine Apple listing on Amazon.in through my price tool, only copies and other models, so this entry links only to Flipkart. I have not reviewed them yet, so this entry is based on Apple’s specs and published expert reviews.
Noise cancellation. Apple says the ANC is a big step up, and a Digit.in review agreed that the claim holds up on a metro ride and in a noisy cafe. Transparency mode also sounds more natural.
Sound. Reviewers describe tighter bass, balanced mids and airier highs than the Pro 2. Spatial Audio works well for films but feels unnatural for music. There is no EQ.
Features. The heart rate sensor tracks well on walks and loses contact in heavy lifting. Live Translation works in quiet places and struggles in noise. The hearing test and loud sound reduction are praised.
Battery and build. That same review found about 8 hours with ANC on. The ear tips are rated IP57, and the case is MagSafe with a speaker for Find My. A USB-C cable is not in the box.
Android. On Android you get basic SBC playback with no ANC controls, no firmware updates and no EQ. There is no LDAC or aptX.
Apple AirPods Pro 3 vs the competition. It costs about ₹4,000 less than the Sony WF-1000XM6 and fits iPhones perfectly, but the Sony has the stronger ANC and works the same on any phone.

Full review
The Momentum True Wireless 5 went on sale in India on 1 October 2026 at ₹29,990, and Amazon sells it at that price on 24 October 2026. It has 7mm TrueResponse drivers, hybrid adaptive ANC, a four mic array and an eight sensor system with a voice accelerometer, Bluetooth 6.0, aptX Adaptive and aptX Lossless, and an IP54 rating. The buds and the case both have user replaceable batteries. I have not reviewed it yet, so this entry is based on its specs and published expert reviews.
Noise cancellation. The ANC is strong, but What Hi-Fi found it is not quite as good as the Sony WF-1000XM6.
Sound. Reviewers call it clear and precise. It can sound a little etched in the highs, and the Sony sounded more natural and engaging in the same comparison.
Calls. Voices can sound slightly muffled, and the same comparison gave Sony the edge for call quality.
Battery. Sennheiser claims up to 12 hours per charge and up to 40 hours with the case. Reviewers who run it with ANC on report shorter figures, so treat the claim as a ceiling.
Fit and build. It is generally more comfortable than the Sony, has IP54, five colour finishes and Dolby Atmos support.
Sennheiser Momentum True Wireless 5 vs the competition. It costs ₹3,000 more than the Sony WF-1000XM6 and has weaker ANC and calls, but it is more comfortable, has aptX Lossless and has replaceable batteries.

The Moto Buds 2 launched at ₹2,999, and the Flipkart listing shows ₹2,499 on 24 October 2026. It has an 11mm dynamic driver for bass and a 6mm Knowles balanced armature for mids and highs, up to 55dB dynamic ANC, six mics with CrystalTalk AI, Bluetooth 6.0, dual device connection and a sound partnership with Bose. I could not find it on Amazon.in through my price tool. I have not reviewed it yet, so this entry is based on its specs and published expert reviews.
Sound. Digit.in calls the sound warm and bass forward, with the 6mm driver keeping vocals and highs clear. It found it louder and better sounding than the realme Buds Air 8.
Noise cancellation. The ANC is decent for the price, though some ambient sound comes through. Transparency mode is clearer than on the realme Buds Air 8 in the same review.
Calls. Background noise was well suppressed in that review, and both sides of the call were clear.
Battery. Motorola claims up to 11 hours on the buds and 53 hours with the case. The reviewer got 8.5 hours at 80% volume. A 10 minute charge gives up to 3 hours.
Rough edges. Tap recognition was inconsistent, in ear detection was unreliable, and the Bluetooth range was shorter than expected. The buds are IP54 and the case is IPX2. The listings are not consistent on whether Hi-Res uses LDAC or LHDC, so check the listing before you buy.
Moto Buds 2 vs the competition. It costs about ₹500 more than the Moto Buds 2 Fusion and adds dual drivers, Hi-Res support and Bluetooth 6.0. It costs ₹1,500 less than the realme Buds Air 8.

The Moto Buds 2 Fusion launched at ₹1,999 and Flipkart shows ₹1,999 on 24 October 2026. It has 12.4mm titanium coated drivers, up to 55dB adaptive ANC, a six mic setup with ENC, AAC and SBC codecs and IP54 buds. I reviewed it in my Moto Buds 2 Fusion review and gave it 8.2 out of 10.
Noise cancellation. In my testing, the 55dB adaptive ANC cut roughly 70% of traffic and fan noise. That is strong for ₹1,999.
Sound and calls. The sound is bass friendly and enjoyable. The mic is better than most earbuds at this price.
Fit. At 4.2g per bud it is light and comfortable for long sessions.
Battery. Motorola claims 53 hours with the case, and 13 hours on the buds alone. In my review the real figure was about 35 to 40 hours with the case.
Limits. There is no LDAC or LHDC, and Moto AI works only on Motorola phones. The case is only IPX2.
Moto Buds 2 Fusion vs the competition. It costs ₹500 less than the Moto Buds 2 and has the same 55dB ANC, but the Moto Buds 2 has dual drivers, Hi-Res support and Bluetooth 6.0.

The realme Buds Air 8 launched at ₹3,799 and sold at ₹3,599 in January. On 24 October 2026 both Amazon and Flipkart list it at ₹3,999. It has an 11mm woofer with a 6mm tweeter, dual DACs, up to 55dB ANC, LHDC 5.0 with Hi-Res, six mics, Bluetooth 5.4 and IP55 buds. I have not reviewed it, but my OnePlus Nord Buds 4 review points to it as a better buy than the Nord Buds 4 Pro. This entry also uses published expert reviews.
Noise cancellation. A Smartprix review rated the ANC 9 out of 10, with low frequency rumble reduced well and good wind noise handling.
Sound. The default tuning is too bass heavy. That reviewer suggests turning off Volume Enhancer, switching to LHDC and choosing Original Sound. There is a 6 band EQ.
Calls. Call quality is solid for the price, though it struggles in very noisy places.
Battery. realme claims 14 hours on the buds with ANC off and 58 hours with the case. The reviewer got about 6 hours with ANC and LHDC on, and about 14 hours with ANC on and AAC. A 10 minute charge gives about 11 hours.
App and case. The realme Link app needs a sign in and shows ads. The case is hard to open with one hand.
realme Buds Air 8 vs the competition. It has stronger ANC and a bigger battery than the Moto Buds 2, but the Moto sounds louder and costs ₹1,500 less. It beats the OnePlus Nord Buds 4 Pro on features for the same price.

The OnePlus Nord Buds 4 Pro launched at ₹3,999 in March 2026. On 24 October 2026 it costs ₹4,299 on both Amazon and Flipkart. It has 12mm titanium coated drivers, up to 55dB ANC, LHDC 5.0, AAC and SBC, Bluetooth 6.0, six mics and IP55. I covered the base model in my OnePlus Nord Buds 4 review. It has the same six mic setup, and the Pro adds stronger ANC and LHDC.
Noise cancellation. OnePlus claims up to 55dB with AI driven real time adjustment. My review of the base Nord Buds 4 found the cheaper 52dB model solid for the segment, so expect this one to be a step stronger.
Sound. The titanium coated 12mm drivers are tuned for bass, and LHDC 5.0 gives Hi-Res over supported phones.
Calls. Six mics with AI call noise reduction are the same count as the base Nord Buds 4.
Battery. OnePlus claims up to 54 hours with the case with AAC, ANC off and 50% volume. The base model’s real figure in my review was about 35 to 40 hours, so plan for less.
Build and service. The buds weigh about 4.4g and are IP55. OnePlus has one of the widest service networks, but the listings do not state the warranty term, so confirm it on the box.
OnePlus Nord Buds 4 Pro vs the competition. It costs ₹300 more than the realme Buds Air 8, which has dual drivers and a bigger battery claim. It adds 55dB ANC and LHDC over the Nord Buds 4 at ₹3,299.

Questions other guides skip
The questions most earbuds lists leave out
These are questions buyers keep asking about these exact models. I checked each against the Amazon and Flipkart listings on 24 October 2026.
1 · Why is the EarFun Air Pro 4+ ranked first if it is out of stock?
It is first in the mid-range because it sounds best, has the widest codec list and a 24 month warranty. The catch is stock. Every Amazon.in listing I checked was out of stock on 24 October 2026. If you cannot find it at about ₹6,700 to ₹8,000, buy the OnePlus Buds 4 instead. My EarFun Air Pro 4+ review has the full test notes.
2 · Is the Sony WF-1000XM6 better than the Sennheiser Momentum True Wireless 5?
In a head to head comparison, What Hi-Fi preferred the Sony for sound, ANC and calls, and the Sennheiser for features, comfort and battery with the case. The Sony also costs ₹3,000 less in India. Buy the Sennheiser only if you want aptX Lossless, replaceable batteries or a more comfortable fit.
3 · Should an Android user buy the AirPods Pro 3?
No. On Android the AirPods Pro 3 give you basic SBC playback with no ANC controls, no firmware updates and no EQ. Buy the Sony WF-1000XM6 or the EarFun Air Pro 4+ instead.
4 · Should an iPhone user buy the Galaxy Buds4 Pro?
It works as a basic Bluetooth pair on an iPhone. You lose the app, advanced ANC controls, SSC UHQ, 360 Audio and Auto Switch. Buy the AirPods Pro 3 or the Sony WF-1000XM6 instead.
5 · Moto Buds 2 or Moto Buds 2 Fusion?
The Moto Buds 2 costs ₹2,499 and adds dual drivers, a balanced armature, Hi-Res support and Bluetooth 6.0. The Fusion costs ₹1,999 and has the same 55dB ANC claim. If you can spend ₹500 more, the Moto Buds 2 is the better pair. Read my Moto Buds 2 Fusion review for the cheaper one.
6 · realme Buds Air 8 or OnePlus Nord Buds 4 Pro?
The realme Buds Air 8 has dual drivers, LHDC 5.0 and a 58 hour claim for ₹3,999. The Nord Buds 4 Pro has a single 12mm driver and costs ₹4,299. Pick the Nord Buds 4 Pro only if you want OnePlus service or a OnePlus phone. My Nord Buds 4 review makes the same call.

How to choose earbuds in India
🎧
ANC
The dB figure is a claim. Low hum drops well, voices and sharp sounds do not.
🔊
Codecs
LDAC, LHDC and aptX need a supporting phone. iPhones use AAC.
🎙️
Mics
Six mics plus a bone conduction sensor give the cleanest calls.
🔋
Battery
Case totals are not one charge. Real life is lower with ANC and Hi-Res on.
📱
Phone match
AirPods and Galaxy Buds lose features on the wrong phone.
💧
Water
IP55 and IP57 handle sweat and rain. Check whether the case has a rating.
1 · ANC
Most picks here claim up to 55dB, but a claim does not tell you how it feels on your commute. In my reviews the OnePlus Buds 4 had the best ANC at its price, and the EarFun Air Pro 4+ cut about 70% of engine and fan hum. Reviewers rate the Sony WF-1000XM6 highest.
2 · Codecs
LDAC works on most Android phones, aptX Lossless needs Snapdragon Sound, and LHDC needs a phone that supports it. iPhones use AAC, so spending extra for codecs makes no sense there.
3 · Battery
Claims such as 53 or 58 hours are case totals. In my reviews the Moto Buds 2 Fusion reached about 35 to 40 hours, and the EarFun Air Pro 4+ gave about 6.5 hours per charge with aptX Lossless.
4 · Mics and calls
Six mic arrays are common now. The premium sets add bone conduction sensors, which help in wind and traffic.
5 · Warranty and service
EarFun gives 18 months, and 24 months after registration. For the others, the listings do not state the term, so keep the invoice and confirm it on the box. OnePlus, Sony, Samsung and Apple have the widest service reach.
6 · Fit
Try every tip size in the box before you judge the bass, because a loose fit loses the low end and weakens ANC.
Other earbuds I looked at
OPPO Enco X4 (₹18,999 preorder). Adaptive ANC, 11mm and 6mm drivers, LHDC and a 53 hour claim. Sales start on 29 October 2026 and there was no Amazon listing yet, so I could not check live prices.
realme Buds Air 8 Pro (₹6,999). 55dB ANC, LHDC 5.0 and Bluetooth 6.1, but the OnePlus Buds 4 gives similar ANC for ₹500 less.
Nothing Ear (a) (₹4,999) and CMF Buds 2 Plus (₹3,099). Both are good, but the Moto Buds 2 and realme Buds Air 8 give stronger ANC for the money. My under 3000 guide covers the CMF.
Nothing Ear (open) (₹8,895). An open ear design with no ANC. It needs its own guide.
Sony WF-C710N (₹6,490). A light Sony with ANC, but the OnePlus Buds 4 has stronger ANC at the same price.
Sennheiser Momentum True Wireless 4 (₹16,990). The older Sennheiser, now sitting next to the Galaxy Buds4 Pro price with a weaker feature list.
Moondrop Space Travel 2 (₹5,711). Sold by third party sellers on Amazon without a clear India warranty, so I left it out.

Best earbuds in India FAQ
Which are the best earbuds in India in 2026?
For most people the OnePlus Buds 4 at ₹6,499 is the easiest mid-range pick, and the EarFun Air Pro 4+ is the best sounding one when you can find it. For premium, the Sony WF-1000XM6 has the strongest ANC, the Samsung Galaxy Buds4 Pro is best with Galaxy phones and the Apple AirPods Pro 3 is best for iPhones. On a budget, buy the Moto Buds 2 at ₹2,499 or the Moto Buds 2 Fusion at ₹1,999.
Which earbuds have the best noise cancellation in India?
The Sony WF-1000XM6 has the strongest ANC here, according to reviewers. Under ₹7,000 the OnePlus Buds 4 had the best ANC at its price in my review. Under ₹4,000 the realme Buds Air 8 and the OnePlus Nord Buds 4 Pro both claim 55dB, and the Moto Buds 2 and Moto Buds 2 Fusion claim 55dB for even less.
What are the best earbuds under 5000 in India?
The Moto Buds 2 at ₹2,499 is the best value, the Moto Buds 2 Fusion at ₹1,999 is the cheapest with strong ANC, and the realme Buds Air 8 at ₹3,999 is the strongest ANC under ₹4,000. For a longer list see my earbuds under 5000 guide.
Which earbuds are best for iPhone?
The Apple AirPods Pro 3 is the best for an iPhone. It costs ₹22,990 on Flipkart on 24 October 2026. The Sony WF-1000XM6 also works well on iPhone with AAC, but LDAC does not work there. The Galaxy Buds4 Pro works as a basic pair on iPhone without its advanced features.
Which earbuds are best for Samsung Galaxy phones?
The Samsung Galaxy Buds4 Pro at ₹17,399 on Amazon is the best fit. Its SSC UHQ audio, Auto Switch and ANC controls work properly only on Galaxy phones. On other Android phones the Sony WF-1000XM6 or the EarFun Air Pro 4+ are better choices.
Which earbuds support LDAC or aptX Lossless?
The EarFun Air Pro 4+ supports aptX Lossless, aptX Adaptive and LDAC. The Sony WF-1000XM6 supports LDAC, and the Sennheiser Momentum True Wireless 5 supports aptX Adaptive and aptX Lossless. The OnePlus Buds 4, realme Buds Air 8 and OnePlus Nord Buds 4 Pro use LHDC 5.0.
Is the EarFun Air Pro 4+ available in India?
It is sold on Amazon.in, but every listing I checked was out of stock on 24 October 2026. Shops have shown it from about ₹6,700, and my review paid about ₹8,000. Avoid grey market resellers that charge ₹9,000 to ₹11,000, and register the unit to get the 24 month warranty.
Sony WF-1000XM6 or Sennheiser Momentum True Wireless 5?
The Sony wins on ANC, sound, calls and price. It costs ₹26,989 on Amazon, against ₹29,990 for the Sennheiser. Choose the Sennheiser if you want aptX Lossless, replaceable batteries, an IP54 rating and a more comfortable fit.
Which earbuds are best for calls?
The Sony WF-1000XM6 has the best call mics here, with a bone conduction sensor. The Samsung Galaxy Buds4 Pro also has bone conduction sensors. Under ₹5,000 the Moto Buds 2 Fusion has a better mic than most rivals, and the Moto Buds 2 suppressed background noise well in the Digit.in review.
Are premium earbuds worth ₹20,000 or more?
Only if you use ANC every day or want the best call mics. A ₹6,499 OnePlus Buds 4 gives strong ANC for about a quarter of the price. The extra money buys better ANC, calls, comfort and phone integration. If you just want clean sound with a bit of ANC, a pair under ₹5,000 is enough.
