Our mission

Geekman helps Indian buyers choose technology with confidence. We publish hands-on reviews, comparisons, buying guides and news on geekman.in and on our YouTube channel. Everything we publish is written for readers and viewers first, never for brands or algorithms.

Editorial independence

Our editorial team decides what we cover, how we test it and what we conclude. Advertisers, sponsors and affiliate partners have no say in our verdicts, ratings or the order of products in our buying guides.

• Brands never see or approve a review before it is published.
• We may share factual details with a brand to check accuracy, such as specifications or pricing. Opinions are not open for discussion.
• A brand that stops working with us is covered exactly like before.

Sponsored content & disclosure

Some of our videos and articles are sponsored. When a brand pays for coverage, we say so clearly at the start of the video, in the description and on the page. Sponsored content follows the same testing process and honesty rules as everything else.

Some links on Geekman are affiliate links. If you buy through them, we may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. Commissions never decide which products we recommend. Read our full affiliate disclosure.

Review units & gifts

We buy some products ourselves and receive others from brands for review. We note when a product was provided. After testing, units may be returned, kept for future comparisons, given away to our community, or sold as clearly labelled open-box units through Geekman Unbox. We do not accept payments or gifts in exchange for favourable coverage.

Accuracy & fact-checking

We verify specifications, prices and claims against the manufacturer, official listings and our own testing. Prices in India change often, so we show the date a guide was last updated and link to live prices where possible.

Corrections policy

When we get something wrong, we fix it quickly and openly. Factual errors are corrected in the article, and significant corrections are noted on the page with the date. Report an error to support@geekman.in with the page link, and we will review it within 48 hours.

Use of AI

We use AI tools to help with research, transcription, translation, dubbing and formatting. Every review is based on our own hands-on testing, and every published piece is checked and approved by a human editor. AI never decides a verdict, and we do not publish AI-generated product opinions.

Updating content

Buying guides and evergreen reviews are reviewed regularly and before major sales such as Amazon Great Indian Festival and Flipkart Big Billion Days. When we change a recommendation, we update the date and the reasoning.

Ownership & funding

Geekman is independently owned and operated by founder Mayur Dudharejiya, based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. We are funded by YouTube and website advertising, affiliate commissions, sponsored content and our open-box store. No brand or investor owns any part of Geekman.
