If you looking laptop for gaming around 40000 Rs then Lenovo Ideapad 330-15IKB is the best option for you. I know the price of this laptop is a little bit high than 40000 Rs, but I especially added this laptop for gaming users. Because it comes with 2GB DDR5 NVIDIA Geforce MX150 dedicated graphics card. which is the highest graphics card in this price range. You can easily play your favourite high graphics games with decent frame rates.

The laptop is powered by Intel’s latest 8th generation Intel Core i5 processor which base clock speed of 1.6GHz. But it can also turbo boost up to 3.4GHz. Because of the 8th gen processor, the laptop is very powerful and also energy efficient.

3Lenovo Ideapad 330

Lenovo 330-15ARR

The Lenovo Ideapad 330 is recently launched in India with new redefined design and build. The laptops look very stylish and premium with this new onyx black colour. And the main thing is that it’s very slim and compact, So if you looking for powerful and good design, then this might be what you’ve been looking for.

Officially, this laptop has two different variants, one comes with Intel 8th gen i5 processor and the second one comes with AMD Ryzen 5 processor. The processing power of both laptops are almost the same, but on the internal GPU side, Ryzen 5 (AMD Radeon Vega 8) is quite better than i5. The GPU performance is almost the same as Nvidia DDR5 940mx. So if you planning to buy a laptop for gaming and graphics related works, then buy Ryzen 5 variant.

More info please check specification table……..

4ASUS Vivobook X505

Asus X505ZA

The Asus X505ZA is my fourth choice on this list of best laptops under 40000 Rs. This laptop is recently launched in the Indian market with AMD’s latest Ryzen 5 processor. If you need a budget-friendly laptop for casual gaming and heavy multitasking, then this one is the perfect choice for you.

In terms of design, this Asus laptop looks sturdy and functional. The brushed metallic finish on the lid, as well as the palm rest, makes the laptop look outstanding. The build quality is also good, very premium and solid. The best part of this laptop is its ultra-thin construction and light design. You can easily carry it around with you at all times.

The Asus X505ZA Full-HD display, with a 1920×1080 pixels resolution, which offers good colour reproduction and a 178-degree wide viewing angle. For processing support, it comes with 4GB DDR4 RAM and 1TB HDD. You can also upgrade RAM up to 16GB and install m2 SSD.

The benefit of an AMD processor here is that it brings along with the Radeon Vega 8 and it makes much more powerful this laptop than most others in this price range. You can easily play PUBG, CS: GO, and Fortnite at medium settings. Oveall, this laptop is ideal for any college student who needs a laptop for development writing papers, researches, casual gaming, making presentations and even unwinding to a good movie. 5Lenovo Ideapad 130-14IKB (14-inches)

Lenovo Ideapad 130-14IKB

The Lenovo 130-14IKB is my next choice on this list. On the design front, it looks very stylish and attractive. The black colour and metal finish on the interior imparts a premium and classy feel to the build.

The best part is that it very slim, compact and lightweight, so I highly recommend this laptop for office users.

The only downside of this laptop is that it not comes with a full HD display. It comes with 14-inch HD LED-backlit anti-glare display with 1366 x 768-pixel resolution.

On the port performance side, it has the latest 8th gen Intel Core i5 processor which is quite hard to find at this price point. The base clock speed is 1.6 GHz, but it can also turbo boost up to 3.4Ghz. For processing support, it has 4GB DDR4 RAM and 1TB hard drive storage. You can also upgrade RAM up to 16 GB with this laptop.

The laptop has Windows 10 Home OS pre-installed along with a year worth of McAfee LiveSafe Antivirus subscription free of cost. Apart from that, there are all the required connectivity ports on the right right side. But the bad thing is that we don’t get a DVD writer.

Because of the 14-inch screen, battery performance of this laptop is average. We get approx 4 hours of power backup after full charging. It also supports Lenovo fast charging technology.

If you are the one looking for a stylish & compact design and a decent processor that can handle your daily multitasking use, this device is really good options for you.

6Lenovo Ideapad 330s Intel Core i3 8th Gen

Lenovo Ideapad 330s

The Lenovo Ideapad 330s is my next choice on this list. I especially added this laptop for those users, who need a stylish design and compact size. If you looking laptop for office use, then this one is the best choice for you.

On the design front, this laptop looks almost the same as MacBook Air. The grey colour and metal finishing give this laptop a very premium look.

The IdeaPad 330s comes with 14- inch Full HD LED Backlit Wideview Anti-glare Display (1920 x 1080 Pixel) with acceptable viewing angles and sharpness. The touchpad and backlight keyboard is also comfortable, especially keys are very soft and also offers good feedback avoiding accidental retyping. Sound output is very clear with decent bass, but the overall volume is a little bit low.

It is powered by 8th gen Intel Core i3 processor with base clock speed of 2.2Ghz (boost up to 3.4Ghz). Assisting the processor in handling the computing is a 4GB DDR4 RAM (expandable up to 16GB) and 1TB HDD drive. But if you need faster performance then go with 256GB SSD version of this laptop. Overall, this specification is highly capable for your daily tasks and other multitasking works.

7Dell Vostro 14 3478 (14 inches)

Dell Vostro 14 3478

The Dell Vostro 3478 is my last choice in the list of best laptops under 40000 Rs. On the design front, it looks the same as the previous Dell laptop, so we skip the design part and directly talk about performance.

The laptop comes with 14-inch HD LED Backlit Display with a resolution of 1366 x 768 Pixel. The quality of this display is decent but we’d have thrilled to have a full HD panel instead.

It is powered by 8th gen Intel Core i5 processor with a base clock speed of 1.6 GHz, but if required it can also boost up to 3.4 GHz. There is a 4GB DDR4 RAM module clocked at 2400 Mhz coupled with a 1TB HDD (7400 RPM) for storage. You can also upgrade RAM up to 16GB on one empty slot.

The laptop also comes with 2GB AMD Radeon 520 dedicated graphics card, which helps you in graphics-intensive tasks and gaming. The main gripe with this device is that it lacks a pre-installed OS, so you need to install by your self.

The battery on this laptop delivers an approx 6 hours of usage time on a single charge, which is really good compared to other laptops in this price range. The laptop doesn’t come with DVD writer, but the good part is that it has a fingerprint scanner. Which offer you more security. More information please check the spec. table.
