Design & Build

On the design front, it looks very stylish and compact. It is available in two colour options – Black and White. These headphones are extremely lightweight, you hardly feel it when you are wearing it. The entire Pulse 2 body is made up of plastic. Overall, build quality and finishing is really good.  The company also use metal in the headrest area and size increase belt. The headrest area of this headphone has got foam padding covered with faux leather for comfort.

The ear cups feature a foam padding covered with faux leather that looks great and gives a comfortable experience. Seriously, Motorola Pulse 2 is very comfortable compared to others. An ear cups module and the cup angle are rotatable and foldable, very useful during the travel. On the connectivity front, it has a detachable 3.5mm to 3.5mm cable. The 3.5mm connector is placed at the bottom of the left ear cup.  The wire quality is also good and 2m long. This headphone comes with an inline Microphone and a button for hands-free calling. You can also control music with this button.

Performance

The  Motorola Pulse 2 has a 36mm driver which deliver big sound and decent bass. Overall, the audio output is very loud compared to others. The Bass and Treble are also good at this price. The major disadvantage of this headphone is the ear cap module size. Ear cups just about covers the ear and that’s why you will hear background noise and this affects the overall performance. When you play high sound in this headphone might disturb others sitting around you. It also makes creaking noise while adjusting.
