Before the launch of the Oneplus 10 Pro, the Oneplus today launched its latest Nord series smartphone Nord CE 2 in the Indian market. The new Oneplus Nord CE 2 comes with a refreshed design, mediocre MediaTek 5G chipset and 64MP triple rear camera. OnePlus Nord CE 2 Specifications

On the design front, the Nord CE 2 comes in two colour variants with different finishes, one with Mirror Gray colourway with a shiny and glossy texture, and another one with Bahama Blue colour. There is a glass back panel with a rectangular camera bump with two large housings, one micro camera and the LED flash.

Coming to the display part, it’s pretty much the same as the previous Nord CE, new Nord CE 2 comes with a 6.43-inch Full-HD+ Fluid AMOLED screen with a 2400 x 1080p resolution, 90Hz refresh rate and 180Hz touch response rate. The display is also protected with Gorilla Glass 5 protection and an under-display fingerprint sensor.

The OnePlus Nord CE 2 is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 900 5G chipset with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage onboard. The good thing is that the Nord CE 2 also has a microSD card that supports up to 1TB storage.

On the camera department, it has a 64MP primary lens with 8MP ultra-wide lens and a 2MP macro camera. For selfie and video calls, there is a 16MP punch-hole selfie camera with EIS and Nightscape support.

The Oneplsu Nord CE 2 runs on Android 11-based OxygenOS 11 out-of-the-box. Yes, you heard right, the Oneplus not providing the latest OxygenOS 12 update with this phone, right now. But, the company promise two years of major software updates and three years of security patches.

The phone is loaded with a 4500mAh battery with 65W SuperVOOC fast-charging technology. On the connectivity department, it has a 5G, Bluetooth 5.1, Wi-Fi 6, a 3.5mm headphone jack, and a USB Type-C port.
