iQOO Z5 5G Launched In India With Snapdragon 778G and 6.67-inch FHD+ 120Hz display, Starting at Rs. 23990

iQOO just launched the iQOO Z5 5G in the Indian market, successor to the iQOO Z3. The company already introduced the smartphone in the Chinese market recently and it comes packed with various features, including powerful and latest chipset Snapdragon 778G, 120Hz 6.67-inch FHD+ display and 64MP triple rear camera setup.

iQOO Z5 5G Specification:

The new iQOO Z3 comes with 6.67-inch IPS FHD+ LCD display (1080 x 2400) with a 120Hz refresh rate and a 240Hz touch sampling rate for a smooth gaming experience. The display also supports HDR 10 and DCI-P3 colour gamut.

Coming to the lens department, the iQOO Z5 5G offers a triple-camera setup at the backside. Including the 64MP primary lens with an f/1.9 aperture, 2MP macro lens for depth and close-up shots, and 8MP ultra-wide sensor. On the front, there is a 16MP front camera with a top-centre punch-hole cutout.

Under the hood, the iQOO Z5 5G has a Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G mobile chipset, which is a 6nm-based 5G-enabled SoC designed for premium mid-range phones. For processing support the phone paired with up to 12GB of LPDDR5 RAM and up to 256GB of UFS 3.1 internal storage. There is also a MicroSD card slot for further storage expansion. The phone also supports a dynamic RAM extension feature that virtually adds an additional 4GB of RAM for a performance boost.

iQOO Z5 5G Launched

Coming to the battery, the iQOO Z5 offers a 5000 mAh battery with support for 44W fast charging. Apart from this, the phone also comes with an advanced VC liquid-cooling system to keep the temperatures in check during gaming.

The phone is running on the latest Android 11 (FunTouch OS 12) out-of-the-box and also offer a side-mounted fingerprint sensor and a 3.5mm headphone jack onboard.

Price and Availability

The iQOO Z5 is available in two colour variants – Arctic Dawn (White) and Mystic Space (Black).

Coming to the price. the iQOO Z5 5G is priced at Rs. 23990. for the 8GB RAM with 128GB storage variant and the 12GB RAM with 256GB storage variant costs Rs. 26,990. The device will go on sale from October 3 on Amazon.
