Redmi 10 Prime Announced

The Xiaomi owned brand Redmi just launched its latest note series smartphone Redmi 10 Prime in Indian market. This Redmi 10 Prime is a rebranded version of Redmi 10, which launched globally earlier last month. The new Redmi 10 Prime is India’s first phone with the MediaTek Helio G88 chipset. Here is the specs, price, and availability details for this new Redmi budget smartphone.

Redmi 10 Prime Price and Availability

The Redmi 10 Prime is available in three color variants, namely Bifrost Blue, Phantom Black, and Astral White. It will go on sale starting from 7th September on Amazon India, Mi Online and Offline store across the country.

The phone priced at 12499 Rs for the 4GB + 64GB base variant, whereas the higher-end 6GB + 128GB variant will cost 14499 Rs in India. You can also get up to Rs. 750 instant discount on HDFC Bank debit cards, credit cards, and EMI payment options.

Redmi 10 Prime Specifications

Starting off with the design and build , the new Redmi 10 Prime come with a polycarbonate back panel with a huge camera module that looks similar to the previous Redmi Note 10 series smartphone. On the front side, there is a 6.5-inch Full-HD+ IPS LCD panel with a 90Hz adaptive refresh rate and 2400 x 1080 resolution. The display has a Gorilla glass 3 protection and a centered 8MP punch-hole selfie camera.

The Redmi 10 Prime powered by the latest MediaTek Helio G88 chipset with up to 6GB of LPDDR4x RAM and up to 128GB of eMMC internal storage (expandable up to 500GB). You will get 1GB of virtual RAM on the 4GB+64GB variant and 2GB of virtual RAM on the 6GB+128GB variant.

Redmi 10 Announced

The device runs on latest Android 11 with MIUI 12.5 on the top. On the camera department, the phone comes with 50MP f/1.8 primary sensor, along with an 8MP ultra-wide lens with a 120-degree FOV, a 2MP macro lens, and a 2MP depth lens. In the battery department, It feature a 6,000mAh battery pack with 18W fast-charging support (but you get a 22.5W adapter in the box) and 9W reverse wireless charging. Along with that it has a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, 3.5mm headphone jack, and dual speakers.
