Google recently update its search page with adding new feature ‘ Event search ‘, now it easier for you to search for events that are happening near you. The Google is adding this new feature to its search app and mobile web that will show a list of all the local events happening near you. Currently, this feature is available only in the U.S as of now and there is no word about a Global launch.
Example, If you search for “Music concerts this weekend in Mumbai”. you will see a new Events tab at the top of your search results with all Music concerts in Mumbai. It will also allow you to filter the results by time periods. So you can easily search for events happening today, tomorrow, next Sunday, next week, next month and much more.
You can also see the details about each event like its title, date, time, and location. Just Tapping more events will expand the view to see additional dates, and you can tap again for more details or buy tickets.
