Asus has today unveiled the latest ASUS ZenFone 8 and ZenFone 8 Flip smartphones at an online event. Here are the complete specifications and pricing details for both phones (global market).

ZenFone 8 Specifications
Zenphone 8 is a compact flagship smartphone that aims to take on the Google Pixel 4, Oneplus 9, and iPhone 12 Mini. The phone has a 5.9-inch Full-HD+ E4 AMOLED display with 2400 × 1080 pixels resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. The screen also has Gorilla Glass Victus glass protection, up to 1100 nits of peak brightness, and 112% DCI-P3 color gamut support.
The new Asus Zenphone 8 comes with a punch-hole 12MP selfie camera with a Sony IMX663 sensor. In the processor department, It has a Snapdragon 888 5G processor with up to 16GB RAM and 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage. The phone has been launched in three variants: 8GB + 128GB, 8GB + 256GB, and 16GB + 256GB.
On the camera front, it comes with a dual rear camera setup with a 64MP Sony IMX686 primary sensor and a 12MP ultra-wide camera (with a 4cm Super Macro lens).
It also comes with a 4000mAH battery with support for 30W Quick Charge 4.0 fast charging. The Asus Zenphone 8 runs Android 11-based ZenUI out-of-the-box. It also comes with an IP68 rating for dust and water resistance.
ZenFone 8 Flip Specifications
The Zenfone 8 Flip, as the name indicates has a flip camera that acts as both the front and the rear shooter on the phone. It comes with a 6.67-inch Full-HD+ AMOLED display with 2400 × 1080 pixels resolution and a 90Hz refresh rate.
The phone Is powered by the same Snapdragon 888 5G chipset. 16GB RAM and 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage. The phone comes in three options: 8GB + 128GB, 8GB + 256GB, and 16GB + 256GB.
Now coming to the most interesting part, the flip camera. The ZenFone 8 Flip comes with a triple camera setup with a 64MP Sony IMX686 primary sensor, 12MP Sony IMX363 ultra-wide lens, and a 12MP telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom.
The phone runs Android 11-based ZenUI out-of-the-box. In the battery department, the new Zenphone flip comes with a massive 5,000mAh battery with support for 30W fast charging.
