Motorola has updated the list of their G-Series smartphone with the introduction of the new Moto G60s. The new launch from Motorola is available in Brazil, however, there isn’t much known about its availability for the global market. As it’s quite clear by the name itself, the new Moto G60s is an upgraded version of Moto G60 that was launched in India back in July this year. Both the smartphones are almost identical to each other but with some upgrades, the processor is the most significant upgrade. The new Moto G60s is powered by MediaTek Helio G95 SoC, whereas, its predecessor, i.e. G60 runs on Qualcomm Snapdragon 732 SoC.
Moto G60s Features
In front, the Moto G60s features a 6.8-inch Max Vision Full HD+ display, along with a refresh rate of 120 Hz. The smartphone offers a peak brightness of 562 nits, and also has a hole-punch cutout in the front for taking selfies, something which is also seen in the Moto G60 that is available in India.
If we talk about the powerhouse, this Moto smartphone runs on Octa-Core MediaTek Helio G95 and has the back of Mali-G76 MC4 GPU for better gaming performance. In terms of storage, the smartphone comes in a single 6/128 GB variant, however, it offers the option of expanding the storage via a MicroSD card.
Now, coming to the camera segment, the Moto G60s features of quad-camera setup at the rear that is molded in a rectangular shape, and offers the same color variant as that of the smartphone. To the precise, the quad-camera setup features, a 64-megapixel primary shooter, an 8 Megapixel for ultra-wide shots, a 5 Megapixel Macro camera, and 2 Megapixel depth shooter. For taking beautiful selfies, and video calls, the smartphone comes along with 16 Megapixel camera in front. Along with all these specifications, the Moto G60s features various gesture controls that will help in opening the camera, changing music, taking screenshots, and snoozing.
If we talk about the connectivity options, the Moto G60s offers dual 4G LTE, supports dual nano-SIM cards, dual-band Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth v5, 3.5 mm jack, and a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner to keep your device safe from unauthorized access. There isn’t any information available on the battery capacity of this device, but as per the information shared by Lenovo-owned company, Motorola, the smartphone supports 50 W charging and a quick 12-minute charge can keep the phone awake for 12 hours.
Lastly, if we talk about some other specifications, the Moto G60s weighs 212 grams and comes with Android 11 out of the box.
